Lightning Roulette combines a live single-zero roulette table with randomly selected Lucky Numbers. The multipliers are easy to advertise; the important detail is the trade-off that funds them: a normal straight-up win pays differently from standard European roulette when it is not multiplied.

Round sequence

Players place standard inside or outside roulette bets during the betting window.
Before the ball result, the interface reveals between one and five Lucky Numbers and assigns multipliers.
The live wheel determines the winning number.
A straight-up bet on a winning Lucky Number receives its displayed multiplier. Other winning bets follow the rules shown in the game interface.

The wheel result and the multiplier feature are different parts of the round. A large number appearing on screen does not make that number more likely to win; it changes the potential payout only if the ball lands there and the player made the qualifying bet.

The payout trade-off

Standard European roulette normally pays 35:1 for a straight-up number. Lightning Roulette reduces the ordinary straight-up payout when the number is not struck by the multiplier mechanic. That difference matters more than the headline 500× because it affects many more possible outcomes. Players who do not want that exchange may prefer ordinary single-zero roulette.
